Order Processing

All orders will ship out within 3-5 business days. 6 - 10 business days for international shipping. We provide both domestic and international shipping via the United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers will be sent out via email.

Xpensive Co accepts Paypal, Apple Pay, Debit and Credit Card Transactions.

Refurn Policy

  • We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • All sales are final and no refunds will be distributed under any circumstances.

  • Please carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure all items and quantities are correct.

  • Xpensive Co reserves the right to refuse all returns, refunds, and reshipments, at our discretion. 

  • Please inspect your upon reception and contacts us within 24 hours if the items are defective or the quantity isn’t correct so that Xpensive Co can make it right. Please email us with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping confirmations with tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout.

  • Xpensive Co is not responsible for incorrect shipping address entered during checkout.

  • Shipping and Billing addresses much match or order will be automatically canceled!

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with email tracking. Please ensure that the email provided is accurate and check your spam if you don’t see it in your inbox. 

  • Xpensive Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. The shipping carrier is 100% responsible once your package is dispatched & we do not control the method in which your items are delivered.
